An antique wooden printer’s drawer made of solid wood, originally used in a letterpress workshop to store metal type. The tray has two metal handles and a beautiful variety of compartments, typical for authentic printer’s cases. Hooks have been added to the back so it can be hung on the wall for display. The wood shows signs of age with small traces of old woodworm (no longer active). The tray is in good condition and ready to display. There is a small loss to the wood at one corner and one slat is missing (see last two photos).
