Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for orders from within Europe and the United Kingdom only. Returns from other regions are not accepted.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for carefully packaging the item(s) to prevent any damage during return shipping. If items arrive damaged due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover or refund any return shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

• Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item only, excluding original shipping costs, taxes, or any customs duties that may have been applied.
• Any costs incurred for return shipping, customs, or taxes during the return process are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
