Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or for custom requests.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (The Netherlands): 2 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- International: 5-12 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on local postal services and customs processing for international orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Packaging:
We take great care to pack and protect all items, especially delicate antiques and vintage items, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly and recycled materials in our packaging.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Information:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address details will be the buyer's responsibility.
