Antique wooden printer's tray, originally used in a letterpress workshop to store individual pieces of metal printing type. The tray features numerous compartments in different sizes and retains its original metal handle on the side. The wood has a lacquered finish and shows scratches, marks and natural patina from years of use. Overall, the tray is in good antique condition. New hanging hooks have been fitted to the back, allowing the tray to be displayed on the wall.
