A small antique Indian Nandi bull on wheels, hand-carved from wood.
The piece dates from the early 20th century and has a simple folk art look, with traces of old pigment and a nicely aged surface. Nandi is the sacred bull associated with Shiva in Hindu tradition.
It stands on four wooden wheels and works well as a decorative object on a shelf, cabinet or console.
In weathered antique condition with visible signs of age, including cracks, wear, old losses and surface marks.
