Antique oval wall mirror dating from around the 1930s, with a decorative gilt frame and original beveled mirror glass. The oval frame has a repeating leaf-shaped relief decoration and a warm aged gilt finish. The mirror has a wide beveled edge. The original mirror glass shows considerable age-related patina and foxing throughout, including spotting and areas of deterioration to the silvering. The frame also shows age-related wear, including some small chips and losses to the gesso and painted finish, as shown in the photos.
